We have designed a benefits package that is truly valuable. MNS proudly offers a choice of HMO or PPO plans with Kaiser and Blue Cross. Rates and plan availability are determined by the zip code you live in. MNS pays for 100% of the employee only cost for the HMO plan in your zip code. MNS also pays 30% of the dependent medical for HMO coverage. Dental, vision, core life insurance, short-term disability and long-term disability plans are also paid at 100% for all benefits eligible employees. The company also pays 30% of the dependent costs for vision and dental. Benefits eligible employees are defined as working 30+ hours or more per week.

Domestic partners are eligible to enroll as dependents in any insurance plan that provides dependent coverage. Domestic partners may be same or opposite sex couples so long as both members are age 18 or older, are not married to anyone, share the same residence, are not related by blood such that marriage would otherwise be prohibited, and are not members of another domestic partnership. AFLAC has different domestic partner eligibility criteria which are described in company benefit materials.
