MNS proudly pays for 100% of the employee's cost for the medical (PPO or HMO), dental, vision, core life insurance, short-term disability and long-term disability plans for all benefits eligible employees. The company also shares 50% of the dependent cost of the medical, dental and vision plans.
MNS has also voluntarily adopted a more liberal definition of domestic partnerships than the statutory requirement which allows for employees and their same or opposite sex partners, both age 18 or older, to participate in dependent coverage for most insurance plans. (Certain other requirements exist on domestic partnerships which are described in company benefit materials.)
