MNS has a solid historical foundation. Our roots in California date back to the mid-nineteenth century. A 1980 merger between U.S. Grant and Sons, Spencer Engineering, Inc. and Martin & Northart, Inc. resulted in Martin, Northart & Spencer, Inc. Since the 1980 merger, all of the original principals have retired and the firm name has been updated to MNS Engineers.
