Contract City Engineer/City Surveyor Services - City of Buellton
Since the City's incorporation in 1992, MNS has provided the City of Buellton with a full-range of services that are vital to a growing City. Some of our responsibilities include: providing staff augmentation for the roles of City Engineer and City Surveyor; development review; permit engineering; permit inspection; preparation of City standards and development ordinances; utility planning; GIS services; capital project management; and funding coordination. Staff Augmentation - City of Santa Clarita
Since 2004, MNS has provided the City of Santa Clarita with staff augmentation for a variety of positions, which have included construction managers, construction inspectors, development review specialists, traffic engineers, traffic signal/operations specialists, bridge engineers, office engineers, environmental/stormwater specialists, and administrative staff. Contract City Engineer/City Surveyor Services - City of Carpinteria
Since 1974, MNS has provided the City of Carpinteria with a variety of services that have adapted to the City's needs as it has grown over the past 39 years. In addition to serving as City Engineer, City Surveyor and Floodplain Manager for many years, MNS has also provided development review/project conditioning; permit engineering and inspection; development of City construction standards and ordinances; establishment of a citywide survey elevation benchmark network; capital improvement program (CIP) development and oversight; and funding coordination.
