The Municipal Services division at MNS offers assistance to cities, counties and districts that require review of private development projects, special engineering expertise or to supplement full-time staff members during periods of heavy workload. MNS client Cities rely on us not only for technical review but for the full range of services needed to support the permitting and review process of developments, and administration and inspection of public works contracts. We have an extensive background in engineering plan check on all kinds of projects from water main extensions to full review of residential and commercial development projects. With the support and diversity of our other divisions, we are able to apply expert knowledge of state, county/local codes, ordinances and standards. This knowledge has allowed us to maintain longstanding relationships with the Cities of Buellton, Carpinteria and Solvang, as contract City Engineer and District Engineer for the Summerland Sanitary District.
