Jeff Edwards – Vice President, Federal Services

Becky Stadolnik – Client/Program Manager

For over 50 years, MNS has been providing a full range of construction management and inspection, civil engineering, and land surveying services for both vertical and horizontal projects. We have been a trusted, first choice military contractor for over 25 of those years.

Quality Control is the backbone of the services we provide. Our internal Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) system is implemented on all projects. This QA/QC system has resulted in all MNS-managed construction projects successfully passing federal and state audits for funding reimbursement and timely closeout with project agencies. Our QA/QC program has resulted in less than 2% design-related contract change orders in the last 25 years. Our proactive approach and attention to detail help us to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Our approach to quality assurance/quality control focuses on strong team management and communication which include:

  • Standardized processes to promote accountability
  • Fully operational and proven management techniques to ensure effective personnel and subcontractor management
  • Internal reviews to check the work and review completeness, particularly for deliverables
  • Flexible approach to contract management that involves frequent communication and progress reviews
  • Defined milestones against which progress and quality can be measured
  • Commitment to best practices and application of lessons learned
  • Frequent and continuous feedback with team partners
  • Understanding of each client and their specific needs
