MNS has a proven track record of providing construction management consulting services to Caltrans as a prime consultant within both Caltrans District 5, District 5/59 (Structures), and District 7 (Ventura County). Currently, MNS has been successfully providing construction management and construction inspection services as a subconsultant on the current Caltrans District 5 on-call contract.
As prime consultant, we put together and extensive team of professionals to cover the scope of work which includes, construction scheduling; construction inspection; construction office engineering; procedure development; monitoring and enforcing labor compliance and other construction engineering services, needed to support Caltrans in the maintenance, development and construction of proposed Caltrans transportation facilities.
