MNS Government Services division supported City of Monrovia in securing a $900,000 regional Sustainable Communities Program Active Transportation and Safety grant for their Vinculum Phase II project which will help implement safe, more sustainable travel options across the community. This grant is a part of the Southern California Association of Governments (SCAG) Sustainable Communities Program Active Transportation and Safety awards, supporting complete streets, multimodal integration, and traffic safety policies.
