The MNS Transportation Construction Management team was excited to participate in the City of Oxnard’s recent groundbreaking ceremony for the Rice Avenue Grade Separation Over the Union Pacific Railroad Project. The project will enhance safety, reduce traffic congestion, and improve connectivity by eliminating the at-grade crossing at the Union Pacific Railroad. With new bike lanes, sidewalks, and improved access to the Port of Hueneme, this project will deliver much-needed improvements for Oxnard communities.
