This major $34.8 million infrastructure upgrade strengthens the reliability and resilience of the region’s wastewater treatment system while introducing modern, energy-efficient systems and critical backup capabilities. Serving Arroyo Grande, Grover Beach, and Oceano, the project is more than just an upgrade—it’s a long-term investment in public health, environmental protection and operational excellence.
