MNS Expands Bay Area Market with New Principal Transportation Manager

Goryl_Paul_2016Bkgrd2San Jose, CA — MNS Engineers, Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of Paul Goryl, PE, LEED AP, as its new Principal Transportation Manager. Mr. Goryl will be based out of the San Jose office, working as a member of the construction management department.

Paul brings over 30 years of engineering experience in the transportation sector as a project, program, and technical manager, working on projects throughout the United States and most recently, in the United Arab Emirates. Notable projects include managing the design-build program for Etihad Rail’s 1,200-kilometer-long network that will span the UAE from the border of Saudi Arabia to the border of Oman; the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge East Span Replacement Skyway; Caltrans projects; the Dallas-Fort Worth Connector; and the Interstate MAX Light Rail in Portland, Oregon.

Paul brings a wealth of design-build and rail knowledge to MNS, enhancing MNS’ expertise in providing quality services for both engineering design and construction management projects for public agencies and private clients. His diverse experience further reinforces the MNS commitment to offering more high-quality solutions for clients. Paul has extensive knowledge of project management, engineering design, and the construction of public works projects procured through both the design-build (DB) and design-bid-build (DBB) procurement methods for public agencies and private clients.

Mr. Goryl will focus on providing comprehensive project delivery services in the Bay Area and serve as a market leader for the transportation sector.

Paul received his BS in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University and has taken courses in accounting and business management at the California State University. He also has taken Hazardous Materials Management at the University of California, Santa Barbara.
