MNS Welcomes Tanya Bilezikjian

MNS is pleased to announce the appointment of Tanya Bilezikjian, PE, as Vice President and Chief of Staff. Tanya is an established leader in the engineering consulting industry with over two decades of experience in surface water quality management for large-scale utilities and transportation agencies throughout California. As Chief of Staff, she will provide oversight and supervision of MNS’ internal support departments including Human Resources, Administrative Services, Information Technology, and Technical Services. Tanya will also serve as a key member of the firm’s Executive Leadership Team including leading the integration of  future acquisitions. Darren Riegler, President and CEO expressed his enthusiasm about the strategic hire, stating, “I’m pleased to welcome Tanya to the Executive Team. She is a well-respected industry professional whose drive, dedication, and team commitment make her an invaluable asset in the execution of MNS’ growth strategy.”

Tanya has over 22 years of experience in A/E consulting during which she has led large multi-disciplinary teams across Southern California for a prominent national design firm recognized by Engineering News-Record. She is a licensed Professional Engineer, an Envision Sustainability Professional, a Qualified SWPPP Practitioner (QSD/QSP), a Qualified Industrial Stormwater Practitioner (QISP), Board Member – Anaheim Public Utilities, and Co-Chairs the California Stormwater Quality Association (CASQA) annual conference. Tanya was recently appointed by Governor Newsom to the 32nd District Agricultural Association, Orange County Fair Board of Directors. Tanya has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and a Master of Science in Civil/Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Irvine. In her free time, Tanya enjoys golfing, road cycling, and spending time with her rescue dog, Lucy.
