MNS Welcomes Tyler Hunt

MNS Engineers, Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of Tyler Hunt, PE, QSD, Supervising Engineer to the Water Resources Design Team. In this role, Tyler will lead strategic growth initiatives for the Water Resources team in the Central Coast and greater Los Angeles areas.

Tyler brings over 18 years of experience in the water resources/wastewater industry. His expertise includes project management, site improvements, wastewater treatment, wastewater reclamation, irrigation and water delivery, storm water pollution prevention, low-impact development (LID), water system consolidation, and municipal infrastructure projects. In addition to engineering design, he is experienced with providing construction management and inspection services such as public utility coordination, inspection, estimating, and client support.

Tyler’s project experience includes participation in the design of the award-winning Supplemental Water Project for Nipomo Community Services District, Bay Delta Preliminary Studies for the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California, Infrastructure Master Plan for Gunner Ranch West in Madera County, Indirect Potable Reuse project for the City of Tehachapi, and was a member of the design team for the Nacimiento Water Treatment Facility in Paso Robles. Tyler is well regarded in Central and Southern California for his technical leadership and client focus.

Tyler received his BS in Agricultural Systems Management from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. He is a licensed civil engineer and is certified as a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Program Developer. Tyler is a member of the American Public Works Association and the American Society of Civil Engineers. Tyler is very active with his children, participating in numerous extra-curricular activities. He enjoys spending time with the family travelling and hanging out at the beach.
