The MNS Survey team is actively overseeing construction staking of the Newhall Ranch Road Bridge Widening in the City of Santa Clarita, which will improve traffic and pedestrian safety. The bridge, which lies 0.25 miles west of McBean Parkway and is built over the San Francisquito Creek, will be widened to four lanes in each direction.

This project will transform the City’s core business center into a revitalized, pedestrian friendly area. The project reduces traffic lanes between Del Monte and Fremont Boulevard from four to two lanes, making way for wider and more accessible sidewalks. These new sidewalks will calm traffic and provide key beatification features to the corridor with their wide walkways, new pedestrian lighting, and lighted palm trees.
